Request account or data deletion

Email us from your registered account address with the subject “PasswordBank deletion request”. Describe whether you want your account, personal vault, or specific data deleted. We will verify your identity and scope before processing the request. Company data may require approval from an authorized company representative.

Uninstalling the extension does not delete your account. Items in trash remain recoverable until permanently removed. See our privacy policy for retention information.

Report a security issue

Email a minimal reproduction using dummy data. Do not include real credentials or exploit another person’s account. Rotate any exposed credentials before reporting the issue.
